How do you typically approach a case within these practice areas?
There are two things that I always do when I first approach a case. First, I determine what exactly it is that the client wants out of this process. Second, I determine how I can use the law to ensure that my client's goals are met and to ensure that my client gets what he or she is entitled to.
What is your philosophy on client service?
Client service is everything. Without excellent service and communication I can never succeed in my job. My number one job is to make certain that the client is satisfied with the outcome of my representations. To ensure this, I need to communicate with the client to determine what exactly they want, and expect, to happen throughout the course of their legal matter.
