I approach all cases the same way -- prepare each one as if it's going to trial. This allows me to successfully settle 99% of my cases and maximize my clients' recovery. Clients greatly benefit from my knowledge of the both the claims and litigation process.
What is your philosophy on client service?
We listen to our client's goals/objectives and implement a plan to get there. Every case is different, but our focus never changes. We use our experience to determine the best strategy to maximize our clients' recovery, whether it's by settling in the claims stage or taking the case to trial.
